We’re Open

Transparency is the thing most lacking for customers of CDMOs, by far. Pharmaceutical companies partner with Contract Development and Manufacturing Companies to optimize and produce drugs at scale. We learned they often feel far-removed and left in the dark about the details. Merck/Millipore Sigma had implemented initiatives to allow more physical and virtual involvement throughout the process and had additional plans to elevate customer experience overall. Our favorite campaign solution, "We're Open," boldly dramatized the biggest customer concern and provided reasons to believe Merck was a forthright and inclusive partner.
